About the Role

A leading established fintech company is entering the Pakistani market and we are building our founding team. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to work directly alongside the Chairman as we establish operations, forge institutional partnerships, and shape our market entry strategy.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted analytical and operational partner to senior leadership — someone who can translate strategy into structured plans, financial models, and polished documentation. You will have front-row access to high-stakes decisions across banking, regulatory engagement, and institutional development in one of Asia's most dynamic financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a strategic support to the Group Chairman — preparing briefings, attending key meetings, and managing follow-through on critical decisions
• Build and maintain detailed financial models covering P&L, forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development
• Prepare, review, and structure business proposals, investment decks, and board-level reports to an executive standard
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform the company's strategic positioning in Pakistan's fintech landscape
• Track deliverables across multiple workstreams simultaneously — ensuring commitments are met and priorities are visible
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and external stakeholders to support regulatory and licensing processes
• Assist in developing business plans, budgets, and KPI frameworks as the company scales
• Produce clear, concise dashboards and reports for senior leadership on business progress

Qualifications & Requirements

• ACCA qualification or a strong academic background in BBA/MBA with a major in Finance
• Demonstrated financial modelling skills — comfortable building models from scratch in Excel
• Strong written English with the ability to produce executive-quality documents and presentations
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in business planning, finance, investment banking, or a related field
• Exposure to fintech, financial services, banking, or startup environments
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial reporting tools
• Understanding of Pakistan's regulatory environment (SBP, SECP) is a plus
